Problems We Take Ownership Of
Test centers are under pressure to keep validation moving. InnovaDrive focuses on the real bench-level problems that delay programs, create unreliable results and overload engineering teams.
Bench relocated and no longer starts
After transport, modification or long downtime, startup sequences fail, signals are missing and nobody has a clear recovery path.
Safety system resets but operation remains blocked
E-stop is released, safety relay status looks acceptable, but the machine remains inhibited due to feedback loops, interlocks or PLC conditions.
Drive faults prevent testing
Rexroth or other drive systems report complex fault codes, remain inhibited or fail to follow command signals during test preparation.
Torque or speed data cannot be trusted
Calibration drift, wrong scaling, sensor offsets, noisy signals or DAQ configuration issues lead to inaccurate validation results.
Mechanical coupling affects test results
